Home Survey

Before installation, we will carry out a home survey.

These usually take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your requirements and whether you would like a water softener demonstration.

During this visit we can demonstrate how the water softener works, answer any questions you may have, discuss the positioning of your water softener and explain your options for drinking water.

Installation

All our professional water softener installations come with a guarantee for parts and labour.

Most water softener installations are positioned in a cupboard – this could be the kitchen, utility, under the stairs or even a bathroom.

We can also install water softeners outside in a weatherproof container if required.
