We want to ensure your water softener is working to its full potential at all times.

Whether you purchased your water softener directly from us – or another supplier or installed it yourself, if you’re looking for servicing, maintenance and support please contact us and we’ll be pleased to assist you.

Home Survey

Before installation, we will carry out a home survey.

These usually take between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of your requirements and whether you would like a water softener demonstration.

During this visit we can demonstrate how the water softener works, answer any questions you may have, discuss the positioning of your water softener and explain your options for drinking water.

All our professional water softener installations come with a guarantee for parts and labour.

Most water softener installations are positioned in a cupboard – this could be the kitchen, utility, under the stairs or even a bathroom.

We can also install water softeners outside in a weatherproof container if required.

Our engineers carry out all our installations so we know that you are getting a professional neat and tidy job.
