We service and repair every major brand including Kinetico, Harvey, Permutit, Aqua Dial, Monarch, Culligan and many more – across Wiltshire, Somerset, Bath and the wider West of England. Factory-trained engineers, most service visits taking 30 to 60 minutes. You do not need to have bought your softener from us.

During this visit we can demonstrate how the water softener works, answer any questions you may have, discuss the positioning of your water softener and explain your options for drinking water.
Most water softener installations are positioned in a cupboard – this could be the kitchen, utility, under the stairs or even a bathroom.
We can also install water softeners outside in a weatherproof container if required.
