About Drinking Water Taps

FAQs

Drinking Water Taps

Drinking water taps are usually situated alongside your hot and cold-water taps, or mixer tap, on the kitchen sink.

Installation can depend upon your existing sink, worktop or filter placement in the cupboard below.

We can discuss installation during a free home survey.

If you are retro fitting a replacement tap, please check the connection sizes.

These taps bypass your water softener and offer clean fresh water filtered through an under-sink drinking water system, such as the Kinetico Drinking Water Systems.

About Quooker Taps

When you install a Quooker instant boiling water tap, with it's perfect high-vacuum insulation, it will only cost you three pence per day to have boiling water on tap!

What’s more, the Quooker taps ensure that you always have the exact amount of boiling water you need. And, to save even more money choose to install the COMBI tank, which supplies all your kitchen’s hot water too.

By generating both hot and boiling water in a single compact tank under your worktop, the COMBI eliminates the need to pipe hot water all the way from the main boiler to the kitchen sink.

No more running the tap for ages to get hot water and you’ll see big energy savings – so it’s better for your purse and the environment too.

About Three Way Taps

The Three Way Mixer Tap has become increasingly popularity throughout the UK over the last decade.

This is down to the addition of water filter systems to the home and the convenience a three way tap provides; a single installation with the luxury of a mixer plus drinking water in one unit.

This is achieved with the hot tap functioning in the normal way, whilst the cold tap has normal hard water and if pushed the opposite way will produce filtered water, when fitted with a filter system.
